Using The Deal Lists To Manage Sales

You will want to view your list of deals frequently while managing sales. Sometimes, you will also want to look at deals that match only a certain criteria, like active deals owned by a certain sales rep.

This section will teach you how to do all that.

Using Built-in Lists:

To list deals, simply click on the Deals tab on the left menu.

TeamGram comes with a number of filters already built-in, but you can create your own filters and save them for future use.

To select a filter, use the selector titled "Show these".

The deals matching your criteria will be listed. You can click on any deal in the list to view its details.

Note that only the deals you are authorized to view are listed here.

Creating a Custom Deal List:

To only show deals matching a certain criteria, click on New List.

In the pop-up window, select your criteria from the left column, and its range of values in the middle column. If you enter multiple criteria, only tasks matching all conditions will be displayed.

You can also specify a sort order for your list.

Viewing and Changing the Criteria for a Custom Deal List

While you are viewing a custom deal list, you can review its selection criteria and make changes. To do this, simply click on the Settings link above the list.

Saving a Custom Deal List:

You can save custom deal lists, so you don't have to re-enter your criteria every time you want to view it.

To do this, simply click on the Save link and give it a descriptive name.

The lists you save will automatically be added to the options under "Show these".
