To list activities, simply click on the Activities tab on the left menu.
TeamGram comes with a number of filters already built-in, but you can create your own filters and save them for future use.
To select a filter, use the selector titled "Show".
The activities matching your criteria will be listed. You can click on any activity in the list to view its details.
Note that only the activities you are authorized to view are listed here.
To only show activity matching certain criteria, click on New report.
In the pop-up window, select your criteria from the left column, and its range of values in the middle column. If you enter multiple criteria, only activities matching all conditions will be displayed.
You can also specify a sort order for your report.
While you are viewing a custom activity report, you can review its selection criteria and make changes. To do this, simply click on the Settings link above the report.
You can save custom activity reports, so you don't have to re-enter your criteria every time you want to view it.
To do this, simply click on the Save link and give it a descriptive name.
The reports you save will automatically be added to the options under "Show".
