To list tasks, simply click on the Tasks tab on the left menu.
TeamGram comes with a number of filters already built-in, but you can create your own filters and save them for future use.
To select a filter, use the selector titled "Show these".
The tasks matching your criteria will be listed. You can click on any task in the list to view its details.
Note that only the tasks you are authorized to view are listed here.
To only show tasks matching a certain criteria, click on New List.
In the pop-up window, select your criteria from the left column, and its range of values in the middle column. If you enter multiple criteria, only tasks matching all conditions will be displayed.
You can also specify a sort order for your list.
While you are viewing a custom task list, you can review its selection criteria and make changes. To do this, simply click on the Settings link above the list.
You can save custom task lists, so you don't have to re-enter your criteria every time you want to view it.
To do this, simply click on the Save link and give it a descriptive name.
The lists you save will automatically be added to the options under "Show these".
